This course explains the notion of civil servants and the manner in which civil servants come to hold their position and the conditions for their appointment; it also discusses the legal framework of civil service, such as permanent and temporary change of office, delegation, substitution … etc. in addition, this course examines the rights and duties of civil servants, the discipline of civil servants and the penalties that can be applied thereupon, and finally the conclusion of civil service.
